All sales are final. Because wallpaper sets are digital files that you can download immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is completed.

By completing your purchase you ask for the download to be made available immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied.

If something is wrong

If a file is damaged, does not download, or does not match what was shown on the product page, email [email protected] or use the contact form, mentioning your order email. We will send you a working file or, if the problem cannot be fixed, find a fair solution.

Please check previews and the set description before buying, and make sure you use the right email address at checkout so the download reaches you.
