Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from Serenewally ("we", "us"), reachable at [email protected]. By placing an order you agree to them, together with the License, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Serenewally is a trade name of Zispidd, Akkerwende 8, 6099 CV Beegden, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91978394, VAT number NL004928885B51. You can reach us at [email protected].

What you buy

Serenewally sells digital wallpaper sets for MacBook and Windows. Wallpapers are made for MacBook and Windows screens and come in 4K resolution; versions for iPhone, iPad or other devices are not included. Each set is delivered as a single ZIP file. Nothing is shipped: you receive download access, not a physical product. Previews on the site show what is included in each set.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Customers outside the euro area may see the price converted to their local currency at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page; we never see or store your card details. Prices include VAT; the amount of VAT depends on your country and is shown on the checkout page and your receipt. Discount codes are entered on the checkout page and are subject to their own conditions (dates, number of uses, minimum amount).

Your consent at checkout

Before paying, you confirm that you accept these terms and the Refund Policy, that you want the download to be available immediately, and that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is. Without this confirmation the order cannot be placed.

Delivery

Your download is available right after payment, on the confirmation page and by email. Links in the email work for 30 days. You can download your purchases again at any time from your account: log in with the email you used at checkout. Downloads are limited to a few per hour per file to prevent abuse.

Gifts

When you buy a set as a gift, the recipient gets an email with the download link and the set appears in their account. The receipt is sent to you.

Acceptable use

Wallpapers are for personal use as described in the License. Sharing, reselling or redistributing the files, or misusing the site, may lead to download access being revoked.

Copyright concerns

If you believe a wallpaper on Serenewally uses your artwork without permission, email [email protected] with a link to the set and a short description of your work. We will review it promptly and remove the artwork if the concern is valid.

Liability

The files are provided as they are shown in the previews. To the extent permitted by law, Serenewally is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the files. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
